This scammer is using Moneybookers.com to rob money from unsuspecting renters of apartments in Rio de Janeiro. When contacted by email regarding an ad he places, he states that he is in London, and has the only key to the apartment with him. He then "solves" the dilemna regarding how the prospective renter will view the apartment by requesting a deposit be made to Moneybookers.com, and that Moneybookers.com will send the key so the apartment may be inspected.
