My company used Cloud Services Depot formerly Secure My Company to augment our own IT services and help delivery technical support to our customers over the phone. What we got in service and dependability was not what we bargained for. Their service was awful! On April 1, 2010 (which was Thursday a business day) we noticed that our 800 number - issued by Cloud Service Depot was not receiving calls.
