I have had numerous issues with this office. Dr. Sosnin's medical assistant (I believe her name is Brenda). On my first visit she was very rude to me and looked at me in an ill expression on her face. My children had accompanied me to my appointment as well. My oldest daughter needed t use the restroom and it was very filthy and unsanitary. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap or anything to dry your hands with period. In the Karachi airport the older man who work in the customs slammed my passport down so loud that it echoed a mile away. I was very shocked and many people stared and it was so humiliating sand shook me up very much. I feel upset that people in Pakistan treated me in this way and I am really concerned on how to make a complaint because nobody there seems to care. I feel I was violated in Lahore, Pakistan airport. The lady in the exam area where they inspect passengers before their flights touched my breasts and went all through my hair and questioned me. I am American and I had my hair pulled up and the lady assumed I was a terrorist and had something hidden in my hair but it was only in a twist.
