I borrowed $ 1000 from Chase Health Advance at the assistance of my dental office to pay for a dental procedure I had to have. I was told that if I paid the balance within a year I would have 0 percent interest. I paid the $ 1000 back within 5 months, but since I missed a payment in the beginning Chase kept charging me interest at almost 30 percent AND monthly fees of $ 39.
