I visited this store on Christmas Eve last year (4 months ago) with my son and father who had recently had a stroke. While ordering, I hear the DISTRICT MANAGER in the back office screaming obscenities over the telephone. He used language that my young son had never heard before, and all of this on Christmas Eve. I was quickly greeted by another manager who gave me a telephone number to KFC CENTRAL OFFICES. I contacted them on that day and was told that they would return the call.
