The first incident involves when I signed up with Web Hosting Pad for web hosting service and they charged my credit card $11.95 for some type of business listing service without my permission. My credit card institution has since reversed the charge. The next incident involves this company trying to charge me a $12 fee for changing my "primary domain name, " but this $12 charge is no where stated in the terms & conditions, billing terms, or their private policy.
