I purchased a monitor stand on 12/31/2010. When I received it it was not the correct size. I was advised to return the item on RMA #60-28083-11. The item was returned on 1/11/2011 via USPS to Jonestown, PA 17038, zone 5 parcel post, 5 lbs 9.20 oz $10.94. As of this date a credit has not been issued to my credit card. The return info said to allow 15 days for processing of returned merchandise. I am writting to you on March 30, 2011 and as of this date a credit has not been received. Please issue my credit .
