I ordered proactive, and decided to get a "free" trial of vita power. I received the first package two weeks after my proactive was delivered, and immediately canceled vita power, knowing if i didn't do it first thing, I would forget, and be charged. The costumer rep canceled my account, and told me nothing will be charged. Jokes on me, I was charged for a second package THAT WAS NEVER SENT which according to the costumer service representative was a 60 day package with three payments of $36.15.
