I purchased a very expensive furniture set (Near $10k) from Doug Crede who is the Sales Manager at Thomasville Home Furnishings in Jacksonville, FL. Doug was all smiles and roses when I made the purchase and was the consummate kiss-ass sales person. I had to wait on my furniture for nearly six weeks and then the day came that it arrived. I was able to work with the delivery company to ensure that I was there when the furniture arrived and so I didn't have to wait for up to three hours for the delivery.
