And i received no feedback after having sent two complains to Customer Care via the Swatch official website. I cannot change the time or the date anymore. I would like to get it fixed at an authorized Swatch dealer. I am prepare to pay for the service. I do not demand free this or that! I went to a Swatch shop in Valencia and they basically told me to throw it away. It´s a Swatch Irony. I expected more than 18 months from a solid watch like this!
