We ordered the MagicJack in mid February and did not receive the unit until March 10th. They 'guarantee' a 30 day USE of their phone service for free and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return the unit within 30 days. What they fail to mention is that the 30 day money back guarantee actually starts the day that you Order NOT when you receive it.
