Diet Max charges people for a "trial", stating that you need to call in and cancel the trial before 10 days. The problem is, there was never an authorization to start a trial, and even if there was, Diet Max is charging people before the 10 days and refusing to cancel the charges. So again, Issue #1...Customers are NOT authroizing any charges for any type of trial. #2. Diet Max is claiming that the trial will not charge if you call and cancel before 10 days, yet customer credit cards are being charged BEFORE 10 days.
