I started the HAMP Loan modification process on Dec 1, 2010 because I qualified under the federal guidelines. Litton Loan assigned this to McCalla Raymer LLC to process the loan modification paperwork. On January 19, I received a letter stating that all documentation needed had not been provided. I contacted the office of McCalla Raymer and determined what exactly needed to be submitted and how to submit it.
