I ordered a pair of jeans from this company and when they arrived, the buttons on the front were too big for the button holes, so I could not get the jeans unbuttoned to get them on. When I emailed the company they responded by saying they do great work, have lots of great testimonials on their web site, and how no one has ever complained about this before. When I told them all their testimonials mean nothing and it didn't matter if no one complained about it before, they asked to see pictures. I emailed them pictures.
