I placed an order with OutdoorPros and selected 2-Day shipping. Instead, they shipped standard (delivery eta of 11-21 days). I immediately cancelled my order (only hours after placing it) - both via email and phone. I received an email the next morning asking if I was "sure" I wanted to cancel the order. I immediately phoned back to verify but the rude, argumentative rep on the phone told me she couldn't cancel it - it had already shipped. The truth of the matter is that it had NOT yet shipped.
