This company is absolutely awful. They have a "return" policy which of course requires an RMA, but they won't give it to you, absent threats. Then they send your an email with the RMA, but add 100 other qualifications to your return (Ie, "we won't accept it if...") Lastly, after you return the merchandise they refuse to post your credit-- at ALL, not just within 30 days-- and refuse to respond to emails etc. You can forget about getting someone on the phone to address your problems.
