I thought I was ordering this product from Amazon but it was apparently sold through two other companies. I received it from Lets Bargain with a card enclosed from Genco. I also paid for a new printer and received a refurbished one. I received instructions to have it picked up by UPS and have not heard anything from anyone since. I want my money back that I paid for a NEW one and I will never order from your internet again! read full review »
