Been at this address along time. Never had anything missing. Get a new mailman and I have a package missing and I think he mis-delivered it to another address. He was very rude about it and said maybe the person with bring it to you. Never came. I filed a complaint at their 800 CS number. Wasted of time. Talked to my post office bigger waste of time. If it happens again I will file a complaint to the Inspector General about the lack of help and report my mailman and his boss for doing nothing about it and being rude. Use UPS or Fedex and pay bills online. Safter that way. read full review »
