We purchased an extended warranty service contract in 2004. If contract was not used within the 5 year period, a refund was promised for the value of the contract. We did not use the service contract. We started the refund process in September, 2010. We have provided all the paper work and jumped through all the hoops and after many promises and delays, the last being we were told our check would be mailed March 4, 2011, we have not received our refund.
