I paid my bill late. The check hit one day before my money. They said they would re-present the check but couldn't tell me when. After I kept the money in there 1o working days I recalled them and they said just to 'wait" this was on a Thursday Mar 24th. I received a call Saturday March 26th saying the check was re-presented Mar 25th and bounced again. (which it hadn't, the funds were there and my bank verified this) but I still did a check over the phone with them that saturday to satisfy the debt. This Tuesday the money... read full review »
