Last year Chevron shortened terms of credit card from 21 days to 14 days in order to avoid finance charges. They received the last payment on a Monday with the due Date the day before on a Sunday. They posted payment on Monday and submitted late and finance charges of $60.00 on a $500 balance. When called they refused to waive the late and interest charges. This is a complete ripoff. We have been customers of theirs for over 10 years. Watch out. Also they charge you a $5.00 for receiving your statement via mail. If you receive by email it is waived.
