Poor communication with this organization. They've ranked me as stated, but can not seem to do so using the appropriate key words that specify the true work I do. So, now instead of doing sustainable landscape design, they have me appearing to be an expert in decks, retaining walls and water features. These element relfect a very small portion of the work I actually do. I'm completely dis-satisfied and am trying to dispute my final payment. Their repsonse time is horrific, they don't seem to understand or care. Its been a big waste of time and has negatively impacted my business. read full review »
