The customer service at the Dunkin Donuts I went to was very poor. The lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could have a bottle of water at the drive thru. I asked them to put cream and sugar on the side, because they always overload their coffee with sugar. She handed me the sugar and creams in her hand, instead of putting it in the bag with my bagel. I checked the bag and they almost never put the coffee stirer in there.
