After 8 days I finally received the Linksys E3000 wireless router from Cicso. After unsuccessfully trying to get it to connect to the web, I finally called their service technicians. I spent the next 3-1/2 hours with the tech over the phone trying to get the router to work. Finally, I was told that it the internet connector was defective and that I would have to speak to customer service.
