I bought my first engadment ring at the kmart in tulsa at 21 and mingo the day after valentines day and month later a diamond fell out, I was devestated and i took it back still had my reciept and the manager Dale told me they do not do refunds so he gave me the same ring that I had so that day i went home after i got my new ring and 3 hours later another diamond fell out AGAIN so i called Dale again and he told me to come in and get another ring (exchange for a totally different ring).
