In December 2010 I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this website and was charged $119.68. I never received the boots and I've sent numerous e-mails to the company and also to the company that processes their payments to no avail. I've requested the order be cancelled and the money be returned to my card. I've never received the boots or my money. read full review »
