I placed an order online for 2 items & used a coupon code. I immediately received a confirmation email that HS had received the order. After 8-9 business days, I went online to check the status. They didn't have my order. I called customer service. After waiting longer than usual, a very curt & unpleasant man [ I will not call him a "customer" representative. ] took the call.
