If you have ever had to deal with PNC you will know what I'm talking about. They lose your papers, they transfer you from department to department and then say I don't know - be patient. This has been going on since 9/2009. I have spoken to so many different representatives and you are lucky if they speak English or even know what is going on. I'm not the only one.
