Only 100 words? We are elderly and living in Palm Coast, FL. Needed our ductwork cleaned. Saw an ad : "Whole house $25. up to 5 rooms". We have 5 rooms and living on SS so we called them. They brought in a large contraption connecting it to LR vent, smelled awful. No filter in furnace telling us they will put filter in main LR vent so don't "need" one in furnace. Never came back to install that. Cost us $509.12, we have dust everywhere, allergies, etc. Furnace choking. BBB had "A" rating on them. We feel so cheated. read full review »
