I contacted The Sharper Image company as I could not find the oven on their internet site. They responded with: "Thank you for contacting sharper image online in regards to the Super Wave Oven. This is not a product that is available on Sharper Image Online. We are not the manufacturer of this product. Thank you for contacting sharper image online." As a result I didn't buy one -if they lie about their association with Sharper Image, what else are they lieing about? What are the odds of getting my money back if there is a problem? ZIP!
