My husband and I bought a fixer upper. We needed to paint the whole house. Lowe's is close so we decided to do all our shopping there. We bought Valspar paint in many colors. We painted the kitchen first. We bought the primer that was recommended and they mixed our red. I painted and it didn't dry. I called the Valspar rep and like everyone else I got the run around.
