I ordered online, got a confirmation, item shipped 3 days later. Ok, good - i thought. Waited and waited for the item, it didnt show up. I never got an email tracking number sent to me, and try to get someone on the phone to help you! this outfit thinks everything runs on autopilot - well my order got screwed up and i couldnt get any help with it.
