I made a purchase from this site an it took 10 days to arrive only to find it was the wrong item. I called them an told them an they said they would be sending me information via e-mail. It took 3 days for them just to send the e-mail. I sent the product back and still have not recieved the item i paid for and its been a month. I call the number they have on the site an the customer service rep. only tells me he has marked the order urgent and thats all he can do, so i ask him if there is anyone else who may be able to help and he said no only other reps like him. read full review »
