I entered Wal-Mart Vision center today to make an appointment. They are on my list of providers. The rude witch at the counter said I had to call my provider and get my member ID number and the administrator of the policy. I knew the administrator because I was in there 2 weeks prior buying glasses for my child. They said they couldn't access the optical information. I told her who the administatrator was and that my ID number was on my card. She refused to look at the card and actually told me to go call them. She said they do not call... read full review »
