ECommerce Templates just allowed a scammer to steal my software license without my approval. I have owned my license for over three years, yet they allowed a scammer to call them and allowed them to gain ownership and usage of my license. When I spoke to them on the phone about this serious issue, they were rude and uncompromisingly unprofessional and I got nowhere. I will NEVER use ECommerceTemplates again.
