It was late on a Saturday when my new computer would not recognize my HP all in one printer. I tried several things and not being very techincal minded I finally turned to Windows Customer Support. I needed the computer to print a document needed the next day. Then began the nightmare. I was hooked to iyogi. The first thing they did was have me lof on to logmein so the tech could work on my computer.
