I ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day from ftd 3 days before valentines day. They did not deliver or call on valentines day . They called the day after and said they had taken too many orders and were going to cont to deliver and charge people for flowers several days after valentines day. At that point it no longer mattered. FTD did nothing to make the situation better. Its incrediably irresponsable for them to take more orders then they can handle.
