We live in our home we were renting and have been trying to purchase for over a year now we were down to the last part of the purchase and final appraisel when we were told the underwriter declined the loan due to health and safety issues . when i asked what those were they said it was because there was an auto auction /wrecking yard surrounding the property ??? what does that have to do with health and safety on my property .1. thre is not a wrecking/ auto auction surounding my property an old man lives behind me with alot of junk code... read full review »
