Medco robo called me that they were increasing my prescription quantity UNLESS I called then back by 6pm the next day. When I tried to connect to a live person, the robo voice said, ' No one is available." This was a Thursday night. If I had not called by Friday, they would not have even tried to process my prescription until Monday! The Medco supervisor at first lied to me that I would recieve my order in seven days.
