This is the first time in my life I have ever filed a complaint about anything I bought online, but I feel compelled to warn others! These people hounded me with emails for months after I visited their website the first time. I finally accepted a "free trial" sample...that was reduced to half the free trial normal price. I never received a free trial! The same day my box of tea came, my credit card was charged $59.95!
