I purchased a vehical from the used dealership and paid cash. I paid the aggreed upon price in full in hard cash which and recieved a receipt. 3 years later i go to sell the vehical to a buyer and the dealership never took the lien from the previous owner off the title which was through gmac. The dealership told me that it was not thier fault and to talk to GMAC. After wasting and re-explaining my situation over 11 times to gmac they sent a release of lien to mac haik chevrolet.
