I have a fridge that I purchased from Conns and even purchased the warranty. The fridge is not working and have called many times to try and get it fixed. I have been given many excuses and have been told that I need to WAIT for the parts to arrive. It has been three months and today the service guy calls and cancels my apppointment stating that the truck arrived and the parts weren't on it.
