Purchased a acer desk top computer in 2009 had it for 2 months and the fan went, bought it back to be repaired it took over 2 months and when we get it, take it home the fan is still not repaired and is not even connected... So, we bring it back, get a brand new acer which last for maybe 5 months if that, bring that one back to be told the whole computer has basically shut down needs new processor motherboard hard drive a whole and complete overhaul.. do they give us a new one? absolutely not.
