LG has sub-par product & service. Bought side by side LSC27931st fridge 1 year ago & from day 1 had ice maker problems(grinding/clogging, & at the end of the year-just avalanching ice on the floor in the middle of the night). They sent techs out every other month, but at the end of the year it was no better than when it was new. Last time I called (4/1/2011) they said it had been over a year & the initial warranty had expired & COULD NOT send anyone else out!!! read full review »
