Chris, I am writing you this in regard to some major problems that I have with my affinity washer and dryer that are about 3 years old. I am very dissatisfied with both the washer and the dryer. Tonight I went on line and found out that I am not alone in these problems which makes me even more angry that your company must know about these problems and haven't done anything about these issues.
