My husband and I purchased the Extended Warranty through Signet Financial and made sure we followed every requirement to receive our refund. We submitted our refund in November of 2010. They stalled then finally told us we would receive our refund March 25th, 2011. I called several time prior and left messages without call-backs. Finally, on March 23rd I was told the check would be sent as scheduled. It was not. It is now one week later, April 1st, 2011 and now they say their offices are closed until further notice. The internet site is shut down. They scammed us for $2000.00. There must be something done about these people. read full review »
