I ordered floral centerpiece for grandpa's 90th birthday party. They confirmed the order and delivery date/time and CHARGED ME FULL PRICE PLUS MEMBERSHIP instead of the discounted price on the printed receipt. NOTHING ARRIVED. When I called to investigate they said they gave the order to Star Flower Shops in Arizona and offered no reason for no delivery and offered no compensation or rectification.
