1. In my time dealing with CVS, despite leaving a time to pick up meds, they have NEVER been ready on time. Never. (I have used the pharmacy for at least 4 mos. now.) 2. Lines are always long, and there is never more than one person on a register. 3. Today is a new low. I called in 2 scripts at 8:30 this AM. Pick up time is 5PM. I go in at 6 as they are never ready on time, and find out that one script has been denied. It's a blood pressure med, so I'm obviously surprised.
