I initiated the transfer 2 days ago and i specified the time to call (according to them IST) for KYC. They have called me at odd times when I'm not around. They never called me at the time i specified. I have emailed them around 10 times. I checked their website to chat. but chat doesn't work. The url is broken. Their toll free number does not work. It never rings and i have never got a proper response for my emails. I need to send money urgently.
