Flowers & Satin Cross ordered for Nieces Funeral. Flowers delivered Cross not delivered until after service. Cross was to be from her son. I called Bee Ridge Florist, Funeral director called, both us were hung up on by female. Said she was very busy. I stated if you can not have cross here by 4:45 do not deliver. Service stated at 4:30PM Cross deliverered at 5:30PM. Called today to request refund. Was told I am a very nasty person and unreasonalbe person, since they were delivered no refund.
